This is in response to an earlier post by Parcha about Farhad Darya’s concert in Helmand. For your information, Farhad Darya is an ethnic Pashtun from the Kharoti tribe and not a Tajik. Farhad Darya is a scion of the Nasher family known for starting the Da Afghanistan Mili Bank and Spinzar Trading Company. I just thought you should know this trivial yet important detail about one of our most beloved artists.
